Menus
Catering for a special event, conference, meeting or incentive program, our team of chefs have developed a variety of menu options that include set menus, themed buffets, cocktails and canapé menu selectors, private dinner and gala banqueting menus. Our menus range from traditional favourites to local specialties. Alternatively, the banqueting team can adapt your menu to suit the event, offering ceviche bars or action buffets, where chefs cook to order.
